always consult with your doctor reducing the doze over a period of time is the best way.

Yes actually, it was easy for me no symptoms however when I stopped taking it I stopped due to the fact I was maxed on my dosage and it wasn’t working anymore. But do consult with your doctor. I know some people that it does have effects on their hearts. Best of luck to you and hope that helps some.
