Citalopram
hi when I was on them I always sweated bad and felt sick soon after.not to say the same thing will happen with you.
I have been on this drug now for near on thirty years, they do the job. I have no side effects.
Try and allow five weeks or so to get used to them. You will find a sheet of paper in the box explaining all salient points to look for. Good luck

They worked for me for a long time. Then after about 5 years I went on the highest level and they stopped working. I've been on different medication and I think these are far the best and I didn't get many side effects. X
I have been on it for many years and it has helped me with my anxiety and depression. I have known people who it doesn’t agree with but I haven’t had any problems. It’s best to take after food as it can cause stomach upset I believe.Hope it works.
They are brilliant for me. I came off them for around 6 months GP prescribed duloxetine to help with herniated disc pain as They have both nerve pain relief, antidepressant plus help with sleep. Big mistake! I was horrendous with anxiety and my depression was 10 times worse. Long story short i explained this to my GP who to be fair was amazing. Straight off then and back onto citalopram with alternative pain relief. Never looked back. Within a few weeks I was back to just mild depression & anxiety (which is easier to handle) plus CBT. give them a few weeks to get into your system. Any unwanted side effects should subside. Obviously not everyone has the same experiences with medication but for me they are perfect. Good luck and make sure you talk to people around you support is so underrated in my opinion xx
