Thanks for your reply. I haven't been able to get over my husband leaving. Started drinking and I know that's bad but i can't seem to stop. Always suffered from depression but now have cut myself off. I really can't see a way out.

Drank and fell and hurt my head

Thanks for your reply . My husband left me and i have started drinking to kill the pain. That's why i fell. Feel so stupid. I know it isn't how i should deal with it. But I can't seem to stop.
