I just got diagnosed with mild PTSD and was put on trazadone.

I'm sorry. I hear trazadone is good for sleep. Do you have a therapist to talk about your experience?

Yes I have a therapist who specializes in sexual assault and I am seeing her tomorrow for the first time.

How do you feel about that? I like answers myself, I may not like the answer, but I like to know what I'm dealing with. I have heard trazadone works well so let's hope it does for you as well. You are managing so well it's really quite impressive.

You are starting to get enough material to write a book, I would like a signed copy. Pam

The book part was a joke, just trying to keep it light. I think you will do well , I've seen you in action so to speak and you're a force.

I feel pretty good about that because my symptoms have been going on for awhile and something needs to be done. In regards to the book, I'm not really focusing on anything except getting myself on my feet for now so I won't be writing anything for awhile. Thank you for the suggestion though.

I believe that figure is unrealistically low due to unreported and it's till way too high. None of that matters when it happens to you. It's 1 in 1 and it's a nightmare. No one can understand anyone's individual story. I think there could be a lot more education for young men and women and not enough is being done. I'm so sorry.

I reported it, but all i could get was a no-contact order which is one level below a restraining order. Hes still allowed on campus, but we cant talk to each other. He did break the no-contact order by doing little things like saying hi, but all they did was document it. There is no evidence of anything though so there is not much they can do.

I'm sure you know what you're doing. I just get riled up sometimes when things are unfair, especially with girls your age as I am a mother of one, but its not productive. I'm thinking of you and wishing you well.
