How long does it take to aclimatise to it

In my experience it took about two weeks to see a difference in the numbers on the BP monitor. I started with 5mg which didn't really touch the sides, so now I'm taking 10mg daily and for me there are no physical effects that you can 'feel'. Hope this helps.
