Hi Linus,You should post this ove in the AF Association forum under Health Unlocked.

I have AF and don't suffer from breathing impairment but others over there may.

There are many non-pharma things you can do to help, not eating some things, addition of health-shop type supplements. No real cure apart from hospital intervention sadly.

Linus32 ideally you should try to avoid weight gain, as this will put more demands on your heart /lungs.
