Or possibly a scrotal cyst. You need to see a doctor.

I had a scrotal cyst that looked like this. Once a month it would grow to the size of a marble and painful to walk. Then burst and puss would flow out. You need to get it surgically removed. see a doctor.
What was explained to me: The cyst forms a sack around itself. When it bursts and drains the sack remains to start refilling again. The process keeps repeating itself until the sack is removed. Surgical removal is required of the sack.
