Stools fatty and loose Eat food and instantly want to go to toilet to pass motion. I suffer from Auto Immune Pancreatitis and IgG4 disease

You are fortunate that your IgG4 has been done agonised as it is treatable. Are you on glucocorticoids? Sorry to hear about the pancreatitis (linked to your IgG4) and digestive problems. The fatty stools may be related to problems with your gall bladder.

Thank you for your response Osidge. Unfortunately I had my Gall Bladder removed approximately 7 years ago owing to the fact it had become diseased and caused an attack on my pancreas. I also have a biliary stent fitted to prevent a blockage in the bile duct. Because of my issues with the pancreas I am also of course T1 diabetic treatable with Insulin. My current treatment for the IgG4 disease is infusions of Rituximab. The IgG4 disease has also attacked my Saliva Glands and its latest victim is my hearing. My question relates really to why my stools are now the way they are and could it be that my pancreas has developed a problem with Enzyme production as well?

Your lack of a gall bladder and too much fat in your diet is more likely to be the problem. liverdoctor.com/things-you-...

Osidge thank you very much for your kind help. I have just managed to speak to the Hepatologist at my Hospital who has been looking at my case for the last 10 years and he has reaffirmed from the tests taken it it my Pancreas that has decided to stop producing enough Enzymes thus I have to go on assisted Enzyme therapy tablets. One more medication. To add to the list 😊.Thank you once again for your support.
