Tongue growth?

I have an abnormal growth on my tongue if anyone knows what it is.... see attached pic. Thanks in Advance

Hi, you would need to have it checked with your doctor straight away. it's not something you should leave for too long.

You need to get that checked out. It could be a number of conditions and possibly a neoplasm.

I think actually a dentist would be best placed to examine this, if they feel its appropriate there are dentists who specialise in the soft palate called "oral medicine " the dentist can refer you to. Its is possible to gets warts on the tongue.
