Brain injuries

Hi, so basically what happened is I was walking along the street and some random guy knocked me to the ground and started to punch the back of my face. He only did this for like 2 seconds until someone pulled him off me and then he ran off. However I did not know he punched me until my rescuer told me he was so I assumed adrenaline kicked in and thats why I felt no pain. After that I had a small headache and that’s about it. It’s been two days since then and I feel like it never happened, other than an occasional headache and a small bruise where i got punched everything was normal, my memory, my vision and everything else was not different. However due to me overreacting about everything I’m worried I might have had a brain injury... even tho I am not showing any signs at all of it. Can anyone help me with this? Is there even a possibility I might have gotten a concussion? Thanks!
