So for 3 years I've experienced burning in my urethra and I've been checked multiple times, no infection and no damage, could anyone help?

I used to get that and it turned out I had a urethral stricture probably caused by NGU. I’m not saying yours is of course.

Could be to much acidic urine could be sand like issues from classifications in your kidney and many other reasons like infections

It all depends what investigations you have had done and who you have seen. If in the UK a sexual health clinic and/or urologist would be the person to see , the latter after a discussion with the GP.

Yes i have been to the urologist and had a catheter procedure. They told me i was fine and that it should go away. All they did was prescribe me more antibiotics after i already took antibiotics from infection.

Ok you haven't mentioned if you have been to a sexual health clinic and had screening for STIs, including mycoplasma. If not, then this is a logical step once the coronavirus situation has cleared.

Are you referring to non specific urethritis which can be caused by trauma of some kind.
