Does anyone have any experience of taking Lansoprazole and it adversely affecting liver function.

Hi. No I’ve bern taking 15mg a day for about 15 years and this was increased to 30mg about 2 years ago. There are some warnings about long term use affecting bone density and magnesium levels. I had blood tests and I was found to be low in vitamin d and advised to take a supplement which I do. Hope this helps.
