Does salt baths after 1 week can heal the wound and swelling

Everyone heals differently and might be affected by certain things differently. Salt baths might help you heal your wound and keep it clean just like it helped plenty of other guys. Make sure to not overdo the amount of salt however as you do not want to irritate the wound itself. Don't dip it for longer than 3 minutes as you do not want to make your stitches come out before they do their job.

Alternatively you can also try chamomile tea, that helps as well.

Put water in a normal tea/coffee cup ... put about 3 tea spoons of salt (this is also dependable on what you can take) if it is too much, get a new cup with 2 teaspoons of salt, try it out and see for yourself. Dip your penis into it, for 2-3 minutes, not longer.

Well, let us try to apply some general knowledge here. You don't want to put any part of your body into "hot" water, let alone a wound or anything irritated, as you do not want to get burned. If you use cold water, now that isn't ideal either because its not comfortable and you also want to melt the salt. So the logical conclusion would be warm water.

Best thing to do, is boil the water, pour it into a cup, put 2-3 teaspoons of salt in it, mix it well so the salt dissolves. Let it cool off, until the water is just warm to the touch. As if you were taking a nice warm but not hot bat. Dip penis in for 2-3 minutes. Don't use salt baths or any baths for 2-3 days post OP as you don't want to make the stitches dissolve prematurely. 4th day should be ok for a few minutes as I said.
