Since few days feel problem in evacuation. Even many occasion after intercourse with wife sperm is not coming. .It concern me .. pl help

If you are not ejaculating it could possibly be you have a problem where-by the semen goes back inside and you wee it out. I believe this is treatable by Doctor. Initial advice would be to relax, lay off sex for a couple of days then try.
