Post Circumcision, Frenulum advice

I am on Day 9 after circumcision, its generally going well but where the frenulum used to be there are stitches I assume but it is covered by a hard scab at the moment. I think it’s glue on top of the stitches. The horizontal ‘ring’ cut seems to be fine. It’s just this frenulum line (where the frenulum used to be) causing me pain because its covered by this glue. When I touched it, it moves around and the whole piece is not attached to the skin, only the top part.

Not sure if I am making sense, as can’t find much on the internet about this hard glue like ‘line’ on where the frenulum use to be.
