After that long since diagnosis and no medication working, you, perhaps, ought to be considering a circumcision. You need to consult a urologist.
Hi sorry to hear that you are having issues with LS it can be frustrating to get on top of. If you have tried the normal steroid cream and keeping the area dry as possible and your Doctor or specialist as no other suggestions then you may need to consider having a circumcision.
go get surgery. Circumcision might seem extreme but it’s often the only thing that works when the condition is affecting you this much. I had it done and actually prefer it.
Like the other comments are saying, get an appointment with a urologist. I had LS myself and got circumcised about 3 years ago now, and I haven't looked back once. Meaning that I don't even remember how it was to have foreskin before I got LS in terms of sensitivity and such during sex and every day life. My urologist first suggested a relief cut in my foreskin but that sounded like putting a bandaid on a hemorrhage since it doesn't remove the affected skin. My life quality has improved ten fold since my circumcision
Hi, I had the same problem & the only real way forward is a full circumcision. I had mine down three years ago & the problem is fully resolved. Honestly have a circumcision you will wish you had done it sooner.👍
I'm 45, diagnosed with LS few years ago. My LS is rather mild but still creates lots of self limiting beliefs in terms of relationships with women. I haven't had sex for approx 6 years (mainly because I'm single buy LS is a major factor here). Now 99% decided to have circumcision this year.
