Erection problem persists

It has been 5weeks 4days(39 days total) since my zsr circumcision. My ring fell off on day 12. Swelling is also very less approximately 5-10%.

I still am not able to get a full erection(its better than before but still not a full erection) and if i get semi-hard then i lose it(in 1-2min) if i dont keep stimulating my penis.

I started light masturbating after day 23. I can still achieve orgasm even though i can’t get fully erect.

I don’t understand what the problem is and how long will it persist? Is it something serious or is it normal? Is it because of masturbation? I masturbate once every 1-2 days.

idk tbh i feel like i’m somewhat similar after 3 weeks but earlier i could get rock hard maybe it’s anxiousness. how’s it going now?

doctor prescribed me Tadalafil 2.5mg for two weeks. it is improving . slow progress but i think it’ll be alright in a couple of weeks
