hi guys I was circumcised 10 days ago, I had phimosis so had to have the foreskin removed. Pain wise for last 10 days have been fine , have just sat down naked and slept with breakfast table over me so nothing has touched me to avoid catching the stitching. But now I feel like i could get dressed and not catch the stitching but my helmet is so sensitive to touch can’t bare clothes. Is this normal ? And does anyone know how to desensitise the helmet ?

thank you
