is it possible that while using icepack .. due to its weight the pin can poke further in ?

and it's my day 8 ... First 4 days were comfortable but now it's difficult to walk and keep penis upright in the brief since the frenulum part is getting pressed and hurting. .and there are cut at the right side of ring too

Moreover the skin is rolled over the ring ... Do i need to pull it back or let it treat naturally ?
