Dull feeling in Penis

So these last 1-2 months I’ve been having this weird dull or ache pain on the tip portion of my urethra. It’s hard to explain but i guess it’s a feeling of maybe how a muscle would be pulled. I also get this burning feeling in the same spot when I feel like I need to pee. Once I pee the burning feeling goes away and btw there is no burn when I pee. I’ve also noticed it happens when I precum or after i mastarbate. I’m currently not sexually active and I’ve done tests to rule out any STD. The only thing I keep running into when I do research is Prostatitis.

Any ideas? Or has anyone experienced anything like this?

I had the same issue at times over the last several years. The tip of my foreskin and the tip of the penis get red and inflamed. I used antiseptic cream for a while but am now scheduled for a partial circumcision to relieve my problem, known as balanitis.

I don't know whether my condition is the same as yours but the "dull pain" feeling certainly is.

reminds me of partially severed nerves. It cause the area to feel dull in 1 way, but really sensitive to pain at the same time. I can take a pointy object and poke any finger but the inside of one where I cut my hand open. The finger feels a little numb like when you go to a dentist, but poking it with something sharp would hurt 5x more than any other finger I did the same to. I think that's what men feel with foreskin removal. Some numbness from what it was before, but at the same time, it's more sensitive. This is why some describe it as painful. I really think it comes down to what was cut and what was able to heal itself. Each circumcision is going to be a little different from the next. Some likely reestablish more nerve endings damaged than others.
