i won't start all over. You can look back at my posts. In a nutshell phimosis- but a long loose foreskin. Retractable soft but not erect. Didnt cause me huge issues in sex though.

But I got circumcised on NHS. Traditional cut- low and loose . Frenulum still there.

Sex is great- gaining so much feeling. Handjobs and oral way better. Urination way cleaner. I shoot for first-time now I'm cut.

It looks way good. I love it.

Slightly too much inner foreskin left on one side. But I think I can live with it.

Should have gone to doctors sooner. Not at 35years old.

Is your head more sensitive on the rim now than before and if so does it feel better or annoying?

Looks great! I’m a few weeks behind you… and for phimosis / Balanitis.

Can’t wait for the stitches to go and be able to use my new toy - last night was a wet dream!! Like being a teenager again!! 🤦‍♂️

Like you… I waited too long… but 35 is young!! I struggled to 50!!

One other thing - your glans looks very healthy, do you still have some glans coverage when flaccid?
