Hi guys. It's officially 3rd weeks of my circumcision. There is no swelling nor bleed. Is it fine for me to have full erections?

Hi guys. It's officially 3rd weeks of my circumcision. There is no swelling nor bleed. Is it fine for me to have full erections? Not planning on masturbating or having intercourse. Just wanted to test if i will feel pain from full erection. Any advise?
