Ive had this thing on my glans for sometime and have been very worried, It fades away off and on but when I'm absolutely stressed out about things It becomes red like this in the picture, it has always been somewhat there, and I'm scared its cancer or something of that sort, I wash it everyday without soup or ointment just water to clear anything, i clean it after I pee. I don't know why I cant link the picture here but Im really scared about it, I couldn't find anything similar online and have been looking around for some time, I thought it was balantis but it doesn't look like it.

You need to see a doctor or a sexual health clinic, it's the only way to be sure. It's very, very unlikely to be penile cancer as that's very rare. More likely to be balanitis, possibly BXO. Easy treatments are available for those things but you need to see a medical professional. Don't be embarassed, they've seen it all before.
