Sex after circumcision

In about two weeks I can resume sex and “mustarbation”

Thing is I’m not sure weather it is safe to get a blowjob without condom or should I wait longer, I don’t really have long term partner (welcome to my sad life) so I usually treat myself for fun once a month, is it safe or I need to wait longer, never had STD before too

Well, sex without a condom without a regular partner is always risky. The longer you can wait post op the better it will be because the incision will have fully healed. You really don't want it splitting leading to saliva and blood mixing. Just because the scar has healed doesn't mean it's healed internally.

All the usual caveats about using a condom when having any form of sex with other than your regular partner most obviously apply. Subject to this, from 6-8 weeks after circumcision (and provided there are no places where the skin has not sealed) you can usually have oral sex without a condom. Vaginal sex can be done with care, but using a condom for another 2-4 weeks is advisable since the new skin is still quite weak and easily traumatised. ALL anal sex should always be done with a condom for hygiene reasons.
