Hi just got circumcised 5 days ago due to phimosis and I am suffering from hypersensitivity Is there anything I can do to wear clothes without pain? And also I have quite a lot of yellow discharge is that normal? Pls help cos the sensitivity is driving me crazy

Well, hypersensitivity on glans (penis head) is not equal to pain. Do you have pain on incision site. Yellowish clear discharge is normal. What kind of wound care routine you have? Do you have stitches on incision line?

Shortly: Time is a healer. Adult circumcision wound is not just a paper cut.

I had mine done for the same reason as you and I found it really uncomfortable to begin with. If I was at home I just wore sweatpants with no underwear and moved around very carefully. If I had to go out I covered up with a lint free dressing, then pouch briefs to keep everything in place and comfortable trousers. Jeans were too tight. It does get easier but it takes a bit of getting used to. Apart from where the cut is, your glans is not used to being exposed so very sensitive.

I’m on my 2 month mark. An I got it due to same reason dude just keep it wrapped for the first 2 weeks an placed siting upright to help with swelling and drainage. Also I used Vaseline to help with uncomfortable friction when cleaning bandages an peeing.

There was a guy on this forum who for a season just went buck naked when at home after the circ. Why? Same reason as you. The issue here is that you heal slower. The more your skin is exposed to fabric and stuff, the sooner that you get used to it and heal.
