Scar tightness 8weeks post op

Hey I’m 8 weeks post circumcision,this was due to re accruing phimosis. Every thing has been fine up until this week. I got an erection and noticed the scar line was extremely tight, so tight it felt like it was cutting the circulation off the end of my penis and was quite painful. Im worried the tightness from phimosis is now affecting my scar line, even while penis is soft the scar line feels a little tight. Very depressing when I thought circumcision would solve my problem. Im seeing my surgeon in two weeks for a follow up appointment, it’s gonna be a long two weeks, feel like im back at square one

Have you tried massaging the scar line with something like bio oil?

Same thing with me. I got zsr circumcision 12 days back. Ring hasn't come out yet.The shaft skin still feels so tight when errect.I have some foreskin left which touches the glans slightly and I am able to move the foreskin back and forward easily when it is flacid but when it is errect the ring area becomes really tight and it is almost impossible to move the skin backwards.

I doubt i will ever be able to have sex 😔

Can anyone suggest if correction is possible?
