Premature Ejaculation Problem after Solving Phimosis

I solved my phimosis problem about 18 months ago now and my glans and the underside of my foreskin are both still sensitive to touch. I can rub them daily without any lube but it isnt a pleasant feeling. This has also caused me to ejaculate prematurely given the tickling sensation. I no longer even get as hard as I used to.

Any advice on this? Do I keep pulling the skin back everyday to reduce sensitivity?

a few minutes but i dont even reach full erection because of the tickling sensation in my glans. the tickling causes me to ejaculate.

Have you tried medication to help your erection? I would consider seeing a doctor about your issues if they are worrying you.
