Looking for help please. Cant retract foreskin when hard.

This issue first started approx 5 years now, I am 28. I've never had this problem ever, no issues retracting when fully hard so I am so confused to why this is happening now. It seems as if the penis head or my foreskin is not producing lubrication as there is always white residue when i pull my foreskin back which i believe is flaking skin, not smegma! Please help, I am at a loss here, ive been to the sexual health clinic and been tested for STIs and found negative, they said an option could be circumcision but theres got to be a diagnosis, i just dont get that through out 23 -24 years of my life ive had no issues.

It also causes alot of friction and feel that I cannot last as long as I normally would without blowing my load, which is super annoying and embarrassing.

You can see a doctor who may prescribe a steroid cream to use to assist foreskin stretching exercises.

Phimosis can happen at any age and can be associated with infection that is not an STI. A dermatologist could advise on that.

Hi Jase,I was in a similar situation to you,and I finally got the courage up to see a doctor about my Phimosis.Id suffered from being unable to retract my foreskin for 3 years and decided that I had to get it sorted. If you end up getting a circumcision it doesn't have to be traumatic or painful at all.I'm day 6 post op and I had no pain at all during the op which only took 15 mins with a local anaesthetic.I had the Pollock technique which is guaranteed to be virtually painless and quick to recover from. They use glue not stitches and this flakes off at around 10 days, after that I should be good to go and just avoid sex for the usual 6 weeks.I just thought I'd give you a painless and fear free option as I put off the op for far too long as I was shitting myself😁

But seriously, ive had absolutely no pain during and up to now,so think about the Pollock technique if you have to go the snip option....hope this gives you a bit of reassurance, cos I wasn't filled with optimism when I checked out sites like these and it was all doom, gloom and lots of pain etc.But trust me,check it out,if I can cope, anyone can...good luck😁👍

I am 56-year-old. I had the same issue for11 years. It goes worst year after year. Itching, pain, and was unable sex without a condom. Did everything like cream and bought a ring and equipment, but all was a waste of money. Got circumcised on 6th June this year. So happy and everything is normal now.
