Can I do workout 3 weeks after circumcision ?

This would include arm curls (not with too heavy weight, with 10kg barbells), bench press (only 30kg), some triceps exercises etc. I’m 70kg and 30 years old. Normally I do much more workout, but for instance I would like to start with lower weights.

Last question: when can I do jogging, abs and leg workout?

Cheers

I honestly wouldn't recommend u do any exercise till the 6 to 8 week mark as u won't be fully healed plus lifting weights is a big NO in the 3rd week

My doc said it’s alright to do just upper body exercises. I did Shang ring rather than conventional circumcision so not sure if it applies to you.
