Post 3 days of zsr circumcision I found enlarged scrotum sac and also pus discharge from frenulum region. I don't have any blood release or urination problem but bit worried about scrotum sac which is huge in size. Weather this swelling goes automatically after healing or is it a concerned trouble.

You should contact your surgeon. Sounds like possible infection if draining pus. Best regards.
