It’s 11 day after circumcision, swelling went down a little bit but still badly swelling. And swelling parts tightens and causes pain time to time. Underside of penis have a few sutures sticking out and it is poking to my balls which causes discomfort and hurts sometimes. Also the right back side of glans are darker colour like purple and the most sensitive . Just wondering if there are anything to worry ?

All sounds normal but do see a doctor if you are very worried or in great pain.
