Noticed a yellowish colour on my pee hole the past few days, last night when I went to pee it felt blocked like it had crusted shut and pee didn’t come out for a few seconds. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m worried?

Yes I had this too doc said it's normal as the gland is t use to being exposed to air etc. Add some vaseline or petroleum jelly for next few days only thin layer works great not had any issues since
