Why my penis pee hole getting bigger gradually I'm 23 year old?

Is any medical condition or it is normal ?

First when I was 21 my pee hi hole was small as compared to this but later on it seems to geeting larger

As long as your urine flow is normal, I would not worry. But if you have concerns speak to your doctor. Don’t be embarrassed about it.

Mine was like yours after my dorsal slit operation when I was 14. I decided to get circumcised because I starting having issues with my foreskin getting swollen and it would bother me during sex.

I got circumcised at 39. If you don't have problems peeing and having sex, i'd say you are perfectly fine.
