Wet Dream / Ejaculation after circumcision 3 weeks ago?

Hi everyone. I had my circumcision around 3 weeks ago. Things are healing up fairly well (I think) - minimal scarring remaining. I've had quite a lot of erections and had first ejaculaton last night. I washed as soon as possible afterwards. Things feel a bit sensitive after this.

I've seen mixed feedback on here around ejaculation / wet dreams post circumcision. Is there anything else I should do or watch out for?

I got circumcised two weeks ago. Some nights I wake up in the middle of the night because of erection pain, but I'm able to fall asleep within a few seconds. It sucks because I enjoy my sex dreams so I quickly have to think about something non-sexual to get flaccid again, LOL. I've read that going to bed with an empty bladder will make you cut down on the erections, but I've gone to bed hydrated and dehydrated and I don't see any direct links to my erections. Either way, nocturnal erections are normal and expected (and signs that you are healthy). Good luck in your recovery.

My erections didn't hurt after circumcision, had my first wet dream week 3, but i was roasting (horny), body couldn't handle and i had a wet dream, felt so good but didn't have any after effects thank fully.
