Lose when normal size and if it's gets straight up then I only able to pull my foreskin half of penis head it's get straight

When my penis is in normal or in small size it then I can easily pull my foreskin but when it is get straight then I only pull my foreskin till half of penis head is this a problem plz tell me and is it compulsory to pull the foreskin during sex

Inability to be able to completely retract your foreskin, whether flaccid or erect is called phimosis.

Phimosis can cause problems during sex as the maximum stimulation for both of you is obtained when the glans rim can directly contact the vagina wall at all times during the intercourse.
