Pain on the penis head/glans/testicle

Hi guys, needs some advice as I am worried, I have been getting constant pain on my right side of my penis especially on the head and glans for couple of months now.

Sometimes I get shooting pain and the area is quite sore and sensitive to touch. No discharge or red patches on the skin, also when applying cold water on the penis it feels irritated with a burning sensation. I get a burning/irritating feeling at the tip of the penis and get the urge to pass urine a lot during the night but when I go to the toilet nothing hardly comes out, I can barely sleep. It has effected my daily life as the pain can get quite bad and stops me from working.

I have notice I am getting pain around my testicle now

My urine has been tested, not much of a sign of a uti,

Could this pain be caused by masturbating?

I am not sexually active (virgin).

Would appreciate your thoughts and your suggestions on what it could be, thanks.

Please do not suffer pain without doing something about it. You really need to see an urologist. You have a mixture of symptoms that need to be diagnosed. I would be surprised if all that you have mentioned is a result that of masturbation.

I have been referred to a urologist, hopefully they can pick up the cause of the problem.

Please, in my opinion see a Dr preferably a urologist-I wish you the best. You should not have pain
