I'm 20 years old and for as long as I can remember they have always been there, there are these small roundish bumps that looks like scales that make up my skin on most of the front part of my penis head looking from my perspective. It's not just scales or bumps that are on the skin, the skin itself is these roundish bumps. It's hard to notice from afar but using a camera and zooming in you can see that the scaly skin makes up a large amount of my head and doesn't smooth out until further up, and looks quite unsettling. Does anyone know what this is and how to treat it? I can provide a picture if needed and I am circumsized if that makes a difference.

What did your doctor think it was?
Hard to say without a picture but it sounds like Pearly Penile Papules (Hirsuties coronae glandis). They can be lasered off. I would ask your doctor what they are.
