Can clotrimazole be used to treat lichen sclerosus

So basically i hot 4 white patches on my glans and the doctor said to treat it with clotrimazole, he doesn't think it is lichen sclerosus but i do and my question is can clotrimazole be used to treat lichen sclerosus

Hey since you seem to be a little anxious regarding the diagnosis given by a doctor , you may benefit much better from meeting another doc . We can't tell you to use or not use any medications but can encourage you on what to do. In my opinion it would be best to meet and follow a doctors opinion , in this case a dermatologist or a urologist can help you out. If you are using Google to search for causes or pics , I want to tell you that its definitely not a good way to go about as it brings up the "most" search related algorithm result even though it might not be accurate at all .
