I have spoken to doc over phone and they can not see me due to COVID. They advised a cream and talc and to call again in a week.
I am just asking you all if you think that normal patch of skin down the middle looks necrotic? It goes straight down and under and is the only normal looking and feeling part on the scrotum as the rest if flakey and red. There's no pain. Just some irritation at times. I'm only asking incase anyone has experienced this. The doc can't examine for a week.
Thanks.

Necrotic tissue is almost darker and black in my opinion . True it may be pale and later turn as such due to reduced blood supply . But there is usually, severe pain followed by loss of skin folds , sensation and darkening of the area . Also as a general rule , if it's still perfused (pink) and with intact sensations(nerve innervation) necrosis is hardly set in . Maybe a decreased blood supply has ensued but I don't think there is any necrosis. This is just my opinion and am curious as to why you though it was necrosis ?
Keep in touch with your doctor for sure and if any other symptoms develop , best to get it checked . All the best !
Thank you. I didn't think it was but was just worried incase it was, as I was worried incase there was some torsion which then led to necrosis. My testicles move around a lot up and down and around, especially when trying to check them. I was just ruling it out. Thank you, for your advice and opinion. I appreciate it.
No worries , again if it were torsion leading to cut off blood supply and then necrosis , any person in that scenario would be in immense pain , probably writhing in agony . I don't think you have any of those . No problem ! All the best !
