Is it normal to get erections regularly?

Day 14 of circumcision. Almost everytime i pee and retract partial foreskin to expose glns, i get aroused for some strange reason. Any suggestions?

i guess i could say it helps with stretching the skin for a more comfortable feel

I'm not circumcised yet but I experience the same. I always get a little hard when I pull back the skin to pee. It's always been this way so I don't think it's out of the ordinary.
