Just the bleeding is not causing any infection, but if erection rip off the sutures and there will be open wound area the risk is higher than before. You can support the wound line for example inexpensive strips of skin tape like 'Micropore' or gauze, bandage etc.
You have to wear at night very tight underwear. eg a number smaller. This will reduce erection. When an erection during the day, knees to the abdomen or sit down. Didn't your doctor tell you?
