Day 8 post circumcision an these stitches is a pain in the ass I hope they fall out soon some of them are loose some of them poking my tip .

Takes three weeks before they start dropping off. You should be okay to trim the trailing bits of thread if that helps but avoid knots and loops for the moment though. Covering them with Micropore tape might help?

I blew my first stitch the first night after surgery after the worst erection in my life woke me up screaming ... since then every few nights a stitch would either come out in dressing or would hang off so loose I would apply a little tension and they would slide out easy, by 3 weeks the last one fell out ... genera consensus is that most of them fall out between week 2 and 3, so just give it time, if u apply a little pressure and they are stuck then leave them alone, they will fal out on their own
