Help with sensitivity after circumcision

Today have been 6 weeks since my circumcision surgery, I was tightly cut. I suffered of phimosis all my life and I’ve never seen my glans fully until now. But now I’m facing problems with extreme sensitivity in my glans, I can’t be a normal person because I’m always thinking about my penis. I’d rather stay home than going out anywhere. I want my life back. What should I do?

It can take some time for that initial sensitivity of the glans to dissipate. Like many things, the speed of dissipation will vary. A number of guys have posted about glans sensitivity so you might find some help in those postings. You can always try covering with Vaseline and gauze when out and about while placing it in tighter briefs to keep it from moving about when moving.
