So I got circumcised last year in November due to tight foreskin, back then whenever I had sex with foreskin pulled back it hurt me but now after circumcision, I can still feel little (not much) pain during intercourse and where the skin was cut off. Is this normal?

Use of products to numb the area will only delay the acclimatization process.I was tender for some months too. Took a total of 8 months or complete recovery. I learned to kind of ignore recovery processes. I am not entirely sure when it stopped being tender after having an erection for lengthy periods.
This sounds quite normal. A wound takes a long time to heal, it may have closed up and look ok but it's got a long way to go.
It takes about 6 months for the scar to soften but 2 years until you see the final result, after that it won't change much. From now until 2 years, your scar will soften, fade and become less tender.
However, one of the main risks with penis surgery is that the scar is painful and remains painful or uncomfortable when pulled on forever. So, your pain is likely to go away but it's not guaranteed.
