Around a year ago I had a partial circumcision to fix my pretty severe phimosis that had been persistent for quite a few years. Since I had the issue for quite a while I managed to cause some scaring to the glans which resulted in the surgeon stitching the foreskin over the underside of the head. This made it pretty much the same as before when it comes to sex/masturbation as the foreskin doesn't retract over the glans. It's also, cosmetically, pretty poor looking. Would it be worth seeing a urologist about getting some cosmetic work done or would I be wasting my time?

Im in the same position. Not fully circumsised, but partly. Ive had two operations, and its still to tight. I hate the look of it, so I might need a third cirxumsision. Now im only 19 days in recovery from the last, but anyways.
I would recommend having another surgery. Its hell beeing trough two, but in the end its worth it (I think).
