Got hit on my penis and it's still sore the next day.

Fell and got hit on my testicle last night. Got a surface abrasion on my right testicle, and it was very sore. My penis felt extremely sore too.

Today I had blood in my urine. The pain has subsided but my penis still feels sore. What should I do?

Not too bloody. Just at the start. Today there was no blood in my urine. Testicles aren't sore.

It's only the base of my penis that's sore and hurts when I flex that area while urinating etc.
