All of my wound heal up pretty good, but Im still worried about the wound that looks like a small hole in, is this normal, please help.

Looks to me like the stitches pulled apart a little bit. It doesn’t look infected at all so what I would do is soak in Epson salt a few times a day for the next week and after each time dry it out and put a thin layer of bacitracin around the incision line to keep away any infection. I think you’ll find this will help things heal up quickly and the swelling should go down a little bit but that’s gonna take some time anyways
