It doesn't seem like there is anything wrong, but a picture of it erect, and also of the other side would make it easier to tell.

Weird question but do you think the look of it would turn off any girls or does it look weird/ saggy to you

How it looks, matters a lot more when it's erect. That's when the girls will see it. I prefer they see mine when it's erect. All dicks look a little saggy then they're flaccid, and in a good way. Post a fully erect picture here, and see what everyone says. I'm sure all the responses will all be positive.

Why didn’t you get your frenulum removed? It would be more comfortable if you get it removed as there will be no pulling
