There are a lot of posts here on oils and stretching.

And if you are uncertain, see a doctor. Men are reluctant to discuss/let anyone see but a doctor is a trained person who knows how to fix these common issues.

Hi, that is common enough you could try some stretching and see if that works. you should see your doctor as well to rule out any underlying cause they may give you some steroid creams which would help with the stretching. have you always had a tight foreskin or is it something that has only started lately?

It’s a simple fix with stretching. Grab the sides of the opening, pull it apart, hold five minutes, repeat four times per day. Do it till its fixed. No meds, no doctor, no oils, no creams. Just fingers.

Gentle stretching should help, and doing this in the bath or shower will help to keep it clean, steroid creams may help if needed.

Consult a Doctor if really worried or in pain. Treat Surgery as a last resort.

You do not say how old you are, but I was in my late Twenties before able to pull back. I functioned normally and had no issues.
