I assume you are circumcised as 'dry' masturbation should not be a problem if you not.

I which case bio oil is good for skin repair and coconut oil is good for masturbating.

Yes use lube. Some people need it more than others. I hardly ever use it, despite being circumcised, but a lot of men do. Try it and see if things improve.
